Borussia Dortmund has turned down Chelsea’s effort to give two players as part of their offer to sign striker, Erling Haaland this summer, Sky Germany reports.
Sky Germany reports that Dortmund is adamant that Haaland will remain at the club for at least one more season as any potential deal for the Norway international would cost Chelsea in the region of £150 million.
But Chelsea wants to counterbalance the cost by offering Dortmund the chance to sign Callum Hudson-Odoi or Tammy Abraham as part of the deal for Haaland.
Haaland is Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel’s top transfer target this summer.
Chelsea owner, Roman Abramovich, is also a huge admirer of Haaland and wants to bring the forward to Stamford Bridge.
However, the newspaper is now reporting that the Bundesliga giants have ‘waved off’ the Blues’ proposal.
Chelsea is already keen on selling Abraham this summer and the Champions League winners are holding out for a £40million transfer fee with both Aston Villa and West Ham interested.
