EPL: Highest goal scorers in Premier League after Week 1 [See top 10]

The 2020/2021 Premier League season began on Friday, with Brentford defeating Arsenal 2-0 on their home turf.
Game Week 1 was rounded off Sunday evening, as Tottenham Hotspur saw off defending champions Manchester City 1-0.
In between those games, Bruno Fernandes netted a hat-trick as Manchester United crushed Leeds 5-1 at Old Trafford.
He was the only player to score more that one goal in the opening weekend.
