Pastor Moses Swaray Passes On Few Hours After Accident, Liberian Gospel Singer
Liberian Gospel music singer Moses Swaray is reported to have passed on to glory after suffering an accident. The details of the accident is yet to be fully known.
The news has been confirmed by his family, Friday. Several of his friends and fans took to social media to hint at the fact that the talented singer and pastor has passed away hours after getting into an accident.
Just last year, Moses Swaray had released the single “Yahweh”, featuring Gospel music sensation Moses Bliss. The single was distributed via SelahAfrik platform. A video circulating the internet also showed the Minnesota based Liberian Gospel singer in his hometown Bong County, in the north-central portion of of Liberia. Hec was speaking on his dream to build a school and give the community a facelift.
The sad occurence that claimed the life of the Gospel singer Moses Swaray happened in USA, and he was pronounced dead hours after being placed on life support machine.
Moses Swaray has been singing Gospel music since he was a little boy in Danane, Ivory Coast, as a refugee. He was also the drummer for the church choir at Danane Methodist Church. He is a one time winner of Liberia’s best singing competition in 2007. His song “Keep On Trying” released in 2008 became widespread giving hope to lots of people. He also served as a climate change ambassador to West Africa for Dutch based organization ICCO. His recent releases include “Jehovah Overdo” featuring Eben, “You Reign” featuring MOG and “Yahweh” which featured Moses Bliss.
