TOPIC: Seeing It And Having It (Seeds Of Destiny 24 September 2021)
What man cannot see, God cannot give.
SCRIPTURE: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. Genesis 13:15.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: What man cannot see, God cannot give.
In a previous study we saw that the force of picture is one force that enhances faith. This is why God always shows scriptures to people in pictures. From our anchor Scripture, God showed the picture of the Land of Canaan to Abraham, and his descendants eventually possessed the land. This shows that you can believe and possess what you have seen.

Beloved, the Word of God is showing something. The question is, what are you seeing from Scriptures? What are you seeing from what God is saying (showing)?
For example, what do you see when God says,
Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table?
Psalm 128:3.
You know, the olive plant is rich in oil. So, olive plants are oil carriers. This means, I cannot have an oil-less child if my children are to be like the olive plant. I cannot have an anoint-less child. Even my spiritual children cannot be oil-less.
One day, I saw a particular figure in relation to an expected numerical size of our congregation and I wrote it on paper. I pasted it everywhere in my house. By then, we were a few thousands in number in our church and I was trusting God for tens of thousands of people. So I wrote it and pasted it everywhere around me.
After some time, by the time I looked at the figure again, I saw that we had exceeded that number by far. So, I removed it from all the places I pasted it because it would amount to a limitation.
Beloved, how do you see yourself and your family? Do you see yourselves quarrelling all the time or you see a harmonious home? What man cannot see, God cannot give. That is the law of faith. It is the law of spiritual reception. What do you see about your business? What do you see about your career? And what do you see about your family? You will only have what you see.
Remember this: What man cannot see, God cannot give.
ASSIGNMENTS:
- Make up your mind to see pictures out of Scripture.
- Believe God to bring to pass what you see.
PRAYER: Thank You Lord for Your Word to me today. I receive the grace to see pictures out of Scriptures, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
