Xenophobia: Nigerian returnees from South Africa reunite with families
The first batch of Nigerians who returned from south Africa have left for their various locations.
More than one hundred and eighty persons were evacuated on Wednesday and hundreds more are still being expected in the coming days.
Our correspondent Theophilus Elamah who went to the cargo wing of the Muritala Mohammed Airport reports that the more than 180 voluntary returnees from South Africa, have since departed the Hajj camp where they were kept, for their respective locations.
Recall that more than 180 Nigerians arrived in Lagos on Wednesday night following the ceaseless Xenophobic attacks on them bv South Africans in that country.
